Shipping and Pick-up
- Shipping is only available to Australian addresses only, VN Discounts uses Australia Post regular parcel service.
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and/or handling and should be aware that where relevant, you will be liable and responsible for any import requirements or restrictions, licences, duties, taxes and/or government charges that may apply.
- Delivery times on the website are indicative only.
- As the delivery is done by an external party, VN Discounts cannot be held responsible for any failure to observe those delivery times. It is therefore understood and agreed that you will not entitled to withdraw or modify the commitment made for any reason, including without limitation, for any delay in delivery. If however delivery has not been effected after 20 days from the indicate delivery date the customer may treat the failure to deliver as a terminating event and may elect in writing to terminate the contract and will receive a full refund. This excludes deliver charges and applies to the price of the product/s only.
- Due to the nature of the product, some items (e.g. Aerosol cans, cigarette lighter, corrosive cleaning liquid etc.) cannot be shipped via Australia Post. We apologise if this issue. However, we recommend to order online and pick-up from our store to save time and check your purchase history.
- Any orders that does not have step3: Delivery Details and step4: Delivery Method at the checkout page are required to pick up there order
- When ordering online, users have the option to pick up their order from VN Discounts store. It’s quick, convenient and free. Just select “Pickup from store” under the step 4: Delivery method.
- When order is complete VN Discounts will send you an email order confirmation and VN Discounts will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up.
- When picking up your order in-store, you’re required to supply:
- Copy of your tax invoice
- Photo ID (e.g. Driver’s License, Proof of age Card)
